I’ve been to Dixon before, but it was so long ago and if I remember correctly… it was dark. I made cupcakes with a few friends. Anyhow! Someone recommended a guitar guy to Jeramy awhile back and Jeramy needed to go pick it up. Not wanting to be alone in the house with 50,000 kids… We loaded them up and strapped them in.
50,000 kids are easier to manage strapped in.
Okay… I just didn’t want to be home. Don’t listen to me. My kids are wonderful and only sometimes does it feel like I have 50,ooo kids. Jeramy reminded me of how cute the town is and I wanted to scout it out.
Side note… Want a session in Dixon? I’m game! Fun rain boots and umbrellas would be a super cute session! And we could end up with hot coco! Just an idea! 😉
They have speakers all along the street playing music and Jillian couldn’t control herself. She normally sticks pretty close to me, but that music was right up her ally and she danced on every corner. So if Jillian was dancing who else had to bust a move?
Maggie.
They were too cute. Brady was in the shop and the two older girls were too old (I guess) to partake in the sidewalk dance party.
Jillian learned some new moves in physical therapy she is showing off here…
Go Maggie! Go Maggie!
Look at that sassy hand on her hip.
Jillian needed a little break.
Pooh… she is one pretty girl.
See how classy Maggie was sitting… she gets that class from me. I took the girls into the yarn shop and they thought it was a very classy proper place to be. I’m going to need to go back. I’m thinking I went on a bad day, because the ladies were very intent on their projects and less intent in selling me yarn. I’m going to try again, but I was pretty sad to have left without a pretty skein of yarn. 🙁
“Peek e boo Pooh!”
See how pouty Maggis looks? She gets that from her dad.
I am SO funny!!!
Just toooooo much for me to handle! LOL, I seriously adore it all!
Love that field! Beautiful.
